An advanced testing center is also set to carry out thorough tests on the products' temp - keeping capabilities, durability, and food safety, etc.

China and Overseas Factories

Ansheng is building smart factories to achieve more than 60% automation in production processes by 2025, thereby enhancing efficiency and capacity. In addition, Ansheng has established an overseas production base in Malaysia and plans to expand to other regions.

Patents and Certifications

Ansheng holds more than 250 patents and numerous international design awards (such as the MUSE Design Award). It has also obtained ISO, FDA certification and the product BPA - free reports. This ensures the products compliance in quality and eco - friendliness.

Strong R&D Capability

Ansheng invests more than 4.25% of its annual sales revenue in R&D, employing over 100 technical center staff members and more than 50 product engineers. We continuously innovate in design, CMF (color, material, finish), and manufacturing processes, developing new types of cups to meet customer's ODM requirements.
